Training occupation / training content

Are you interested in IT and business processes? Are you communicative, well-organized, and enjoy advising customers and finding the right solutions? Then kick off your career as an IT Systems Management Assistant with us. Start your future at ITIS AG with an apprenticeship as an IT Systems Management Assistant (m/f/d).
The training is state-approved and usually lasts 3 years. It starts on 04 September 2025!

Tasks - What can you expect?

Advise customers on IT products and solutions
Planning, procurement, and implementation of IT systems
Support our sales team and help manage exciting customer projects Insights into purchasing, costing, project management, and support

Work closely with our technical teams and experience various departments

Profile - What do you bring?

At least a secondary school diploma, preferably also a high school diploma

Fluent German (comparable to level C1) and very good English skills (comparable to level B2)

Interest in IT, business workflows, and customer communication
Very good knowledge about computers

Enjoy working with people and technology

Ability to work in a team, reliability and resilience
